Network 12 is located on the East Coast (Annandale, VA) and is in the EST (Eastern
Standard Time Zone)
1. Orders are shipped exclusively through the US Post Office via priority mail (2-4 days
estimated delivery time) unless you request express mail (1-2 days estimated delivery time). The US Post
Office does not guarantee next day delivery on all express mail packages.
Several factors may cause an express mail package to take two days instead of
next day such as remote locations in rural areas.
2. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving email notification. Orders
shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays
may take an extra day for delivery.
3. You are immediately informed via email if there is a problem in shipping your
order such as when an item you ordered is out of stock or a problem
in processing your credit card.
